I like the detail on the blade, is it supposed to be glowing? Didn't like the game, but this art is pretty sweet, I must say, the lighting is done very nicely. The shadows are extremely detailed, imo.

Well, have you ever seen a movie based off a video game that wasn't total crap?

Seriously, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat (both of them), Super Mario Bros., Double Dragon, Hitman, Doom, the list goes on. It's almost like an unwritten law of some kind. From what I've read off Wikipedia, PoP is just shaping up to be another one. And I can't imagine Jake Gyllenhaal's pasty white pecs somehow miraculously changing that.

But who knows? Maybe I'm being too cynical. Maybe the stars will be aligned and it'll work. I'll probably go see it regardless, but I can't imagine it being all that great.

Thank you though! I really tried to make the lighting work. Yeah, the dagger's all glowy. I wanted it to stand out and not get lost in the shadow.

Yes, I know, but, I keep my hopes up everytime, hoping they'll one day make a movie about a game that'll actually have something to do with the game itself, copying a bit of the storyline, and, for the love of god, better voices, max payne was a really nasty one, with max looking all kid-like, sounding like a cheese grater and mona sax not being as saxy as in the game. I'm not an astrologist, but if it sucks, it's worth a good laugh, just like max payne was, I didn't take it too seriously, thank heavens. just like any other game movie I saw.

Except for the DOA movie. I can't stand that one. at all.

But, the dagger doesn't glow in the game? I was just wondering, don't know what difference that knowledge would make, but still. Just curious
